(1) The exact transaction fee depends on the service fee of the institution you make a transaction with and is indicated during the transaction. If the account or card number is not written or written incorrectly when transferring TL by wire transfer/EFT, a fee of 3 TL is charged for the correction.
(2) A commission of 0.25% (2.5 per thousand) will be applied by Param to each transaction of 5,000 TRY or greater, regardless of whether the transaction is made in a single payment or multiple installments. The maximum commission chargeable shall not exceed 250 TRY
(3) Param charges a commission of 0.25% (2.5% per thousand) for transactions of TRY 5,000 and above from the cardless transaction menus of DenizBank, TEB and İşbank ATMs. The maximum commission amount that can be deducted is 250 TL. Only corporate cards can be used for cardless transactions.
(4) A monthly “Unused Account Fee” of TL 19.95 will be collected from the accounts of our users who have not made any financial transactions (cash withdrawals, fund uploads, expenditures, transfers, etc.) in the last 6 (six) months.(05.03.2026)
