To benefit from the Param Physical POS service, simply complete the online application form in full. Your application will be reviewed along with the required documents, and you will be contacted as soon as possible.

You can quickly report any issues with your Physical POS device by sending an email to destek@param.com.tr or by calling the Param Customer Support Center at 0850 988 88 88.

If your transaction falls on a holiday or the business day before a holiday, the amount will be credited to your account on the next business day. If the transaction amount has still not been credited, you can contact our 24/7 call center at 0850 988 88 88 for immediate assistance.

You can easily obtain your end-of-day report through the Merchant Menu in the sales application of your POS device.

Yes, you can perform sales cancellations directly on your POS device. However, this is only possible if the end-of-day report has not yet been generated and the transaction to be cancelled was made on the same day.

You can view your most recent sales transaction through the transaction menus in your POS device’s sales application. Pavo POS users can access the “Recent Transactions” section, while Hugin POS users can find the details and receipt of their last transaction under the “Receipt Reprint” option in the “Merchant Menu.”
